Shipping policy

We offer flat rate shipping of $10 to New Zealand and Australia for all orders. For international orders outside of these regions, a flat shipping fee of $25 applies. Please note that each order is handmade with care, so production time from receiving the order is approximately 3-5 days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped promptly, and you can expect delivery within 5-7 days. We provide tracking information for shipped orders so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery of Digital Products: For customised digital products, please allow a 24-48 hour turnover time. We strive to deliver your personalised items as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality.
